About Plummer & Plummer

We are a two attorney firm with a general practice, focusing on Real Estate, Corporate, Estate Planning and Intellectual Property on Long Island. We provide general counsel services to several Long Island and New York City companies including an international franchisor and manufacturer, accounting firms, software consultants, medical laboratories, broker dealers and churches.We have helped hundreds of families buy or sell their homes here on Long Island as well as in the city.We can advise you on an estate plan and prepare wills, trusts and other necessary advance planning documents. We can also help after the fact with probate or administration of an estate.


Specialties:
We represent several medical laboratories for their formation and contracting.We have handled many basic will probates as well as several international wills where the decedent had assets in different countries.General Counsel services include litigation management, employment contracts, employee handbooks, document retention policies, trademark and copyright management and enforcement.
